Late check-out after 12:00 pm is subject to accommodation availability and can be negotiated with the reception staff; late check-out from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm will be charged at 50 % of the daily rate, plus taxes and late check-out after 4:00 pm will be charged 100 % of the daily rate plus taxes. Request for a late check-out may be made to the hosts.
Children under five years of age in the parents’ room stay for free; children older than five are charged the adult rate.
There will be a 100 % refund for cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival date; subject to season and occupancy.
Guests who wish to stay longer or leave their luggage at the hotel may negotiate this with the hosts directly. Prices are subject to change. Early check-in will depend on accommodation availability. For Vesperata, holidays and the Carnival season, different prices may apply.
