Conceição and Antônio

The owners, Conceição e Antônio, like to receive the guests personally and toast them with a welcome drink that can be a coffee or a "pinga" (an alcoholic beverage made from sugar cane). Aided by the manager, Conceição has handled the guesthouse's hosting and management for eight years and has adapted her previous experience in education to tourism.

A graduate in Pedagogy, she served in various functions, sectors and educational institutions. She also created and directed the first "Technical Tourism Course", a two year course at the Philosophy College.

Aware of the modernisation of the hotel business, Conceição always participates in tourism trade fairs and conferences. She also actively participates in class associations and maintains an efficient, cohesive and motivated staff to delight each guest with a caring and personalised treatment.
