Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy is subject to season and accommodation occupancy. Booking is confirmed by a deposit of 50 % of the total booking value. For cancellations made seven days or more before arrival date, during the low season, there will be 100 % refund. For cancellations made less than seven days before booking, the deposit will be retained and can be negotiated as credit on a different booking date within six months. Similarly, in case of no show, the deposit fee is not refundable but can be negotiated as credit on a different booking date within six months.

Late check-out policy:

Late check out is subject to availability; guests may place a request with the hosts for the same.


Children policy:

Children under five years of age sharing the parents’ room stay for free. Children five years of age and older are charged R$ 40.
