Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy:
Booking is confirmed by a deposit of 30% of the total booking .
Cancellations made at least fifteen days (high season) or five days (low season) before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. It is also possible to reschedule booking within three months.
In case of a no show, one night will be charged plus taxes.

Late check-out policy:

Check-out until 3 pm is possible depending on the room category and availability.
Late check out from 3pm to 6pm will cost 50% of the daily rate, plus taxes.
Late check-out after 6pm will be charged 100% of the daily rate plus taxes.


Children policy:

Children under six years of age stay free of charge.
Children seven years of age and older are charged the adult rate.
