Pousada Seresta was opened in the year 2000, when Diamantina became a "world cultural heritage" site. Occupying 1,600 square meters of a big house that was built in a style that combines the colonial and the modern, the guesthouse is decorated with work from local artists.

Without losing its country residence feel, the guesthouse currently has 32 spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with modern furniture, TV, telephone, refrigerator, fan and / or air-conditioning and wireless internet. - Late check-out tolerated until 01:00 pm with no charge.
- Late check-out after 01:00 pm, the daily rate will be charged

- Children under three years accompanied by two adults stay free of charge.
- Children from three to seven years old, accompanied by two adults pay 50% of the daily rate.
